No. ICRA Systems supports and structures the process. The restructuring is led by an advisor or insolvency practitioner, usually together with a lawyer, and all parties work in the same secure environment.
Yes. Creditors review the plan and cast their vote in the secure creditor portal. Results are tallied per class in real time and the voting report is generated automatically.
